SCHEDULE REMINDER
Please be advised that Wednesday, June 16th, Thursday, June 17th, and Friday, June 18th will be early dismissal days (*still 1:05 PM dismissals!) in that no classes or services will be held after 1:05 PM. PreK will follow a 9:00-10:30 (AM) and 11:00-12:30 (PM) schedule on the 16th, 17th, and 18th. Friday, June 18th is the LAST DAY of SCHOOL for the 2020-2021 school year!
MASK REMINDERS
As per Governor Murphy’s recent announcement regarding mask wearing, when there is a heat advisory, Noecker School will allow staff and students to remove their masks outdoors . When the masks are off, everyone should endeavor to maintain six feet of distance between each other to the greatest extent possible. Inside our school, masks will still be worn since the classrooms are air conditioned. When the weather cools, the "CDC still recommends schools continue to use the COVID-19 prevention strategies for at least the remainder of the 2020-2021 academic school year ." Governor Murphy's May 17th Executive Order No. 241 states that, “outdoor public spaces” do not include elementary and secondary schools. Thank you for your continued support!

Happy June! Even with the end of the academic school year fast approaching, the Child Study Team is hard at work planning for the summer. As I mentioned last week, if your child is in need of an evaluation over the summer, the Child Study Team will be in contact regarding scheduling and procedures for health screening prior to their arrival. I am also going to attach the document which provides general information regarding this year’s Extended School Year (ESY) program from last week, as well.
